About Our Team

Led by Dr. Roger Schank, our team of professionals has extensive experience delivering learning solutions to Fortune 500 companies, the government, and post-secondary schools. Roger has had a significant impact on the landscape of all learning, specifically e-learning and simulation design, and more specifically, in the professional services industry. He has written hundreds of white papers, technical reports, and articles, and dozens of books. He was recruited by Northwestern University to run the Institute for Learning Sciences (ILS) with major funding from Andersen Consulting to re-engineer the way they deliver training across the enterprise.

Each of our design leaders has either received her Ph.D. or M.S. degree through his tutelage or has been mentored by the design leadership team. Our design principles have been honed over three decades through practical applications for name brand clients. We have discovered what works, what doesn’t work, and how to make what works work better.
