We approach learning differently!
Socratic Arts designs and builds story-based learning solutions (digital, virtual, live and hybrid) for Fortune 100 and university clients. We deliver deeply engaging and sometimes very complex learning programs that offer hands-on practice, failure in a safe environment, expert coaching, and just-in-time support. We deliver solutions that include features like original fictional & expert video, real-time feedback, performance metrics, and adaptive simulations based on learner actions, as well as courseware that leverages live mentors coaching in the context of a realistic scenario.
The Learning Design Manager (LDM) collaborates with our Learning Design Directors (LDD), Content Developers (CD), client stakeholders and subject matter experts to create a course or program design and then manages the content/production team in executing that design, shepherding the project through client stakeholder reviews, pilots, and implementation.
