Paul Wimer oversaw the development of course materials for the Design a Winning Business Based on Your Idea course. Paul is a Partner at Topspin Partners, a $213M venture capital and private equity firm based on Long Island.

Prior to joining Topspin, Paul was in charge of the manufacturing practice at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). In that capacity, he managed a substantial consulting staff and gained a broad understanding of the processes necessary to operate successful manufacturing businesses.

Over the course of his tenure at Andersen, Paul consulted clients in the electronics, high technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and consumer products industries. Prior to Andersen, Paul served as a manufacturing manager at Procter and Gamble.

Paul received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
