A Bold Program for New Consultants

The Design
A live, 2.5-day program with a space-themed immersive challenge that serves as a wrapper for the program. Skills-focused elective workshops supplement the skills learners practice. Gamified elements tie it all together.
Audience: New Consultants (~6 months in-role)
Skills in Focus: Communication; ownership; building relationships; solving problems

The Details
Learners meet their core teams, break the ice with a fun space-themed board game, and "unlock" the opening plenary via an escape room puzzle.
Learners engage in a series of problem-solving workshops where they focus on the challenge and employ a problem-solving framework to define the problem they’re trying to solve and ultimately make recommendations.
Learners also complete hands-on electives on other skills –communication, ownership, and building relationships.
At the end of each elective, learners collect cards with passwords that unlock "clues" on a space-themed website. These clues inform their thinking about the space-themed challenge.
