A comprehensive, year-long program tailored to help new Senior Consultants transition to their new role, whether they are promoted from within or experienced hires.

The Details

New seniors engage in a sustained journey through their first year and beyond, earning points for recognition at the end of the process.

At the 2.5-day live learning event, learners participate in deep dives and simulation sessions on key skills, along with elective choices to meet individual needs.

After the live event, learners continue their journey with nano learning, coaching conversation support, and other on-demand resources, culminating in tiered recognition opportunities for select learners.

Learners are motivated to participate across the entire experience by earning points for engagement and incentives for top earners.
