The Client Need

"We wanted to create an online course we could send out to clients’ managers to help them see the real impact mental health has on their workplace. We wanted to present content in interactive ways that encouraged deeper exploration of key ideas, while still feeling light and worth the time spent, especially as elective learning."

Audience: Managers at organizations of all sizes; optional participation
Skills in Focus: Beginning workplace discussions around mental health
Features: Articulate’s Rise authoring tool; on-demand digital content

The Details

Converted a live session with a fact-heavy PowerPoint deck into an interactive and engaging course in Rise that can be sent via link to client organizations so employees can review on their own time.

The program aims to destigmatize mental health in the workplace by defining mental health as a continuum everyone is on and sharing fictionalized authentic cases and real-life examples of high-profile people who have been open with their mental health struggles.

The program highlights tools managers have available to care for themselves and their teams and identifies opportunities to collaboratively develop new pathways for their organization and employees to move on the continuum toward "thriving."
