The Design
Two 30-minute, on-demand, self-paced, eLearning courses in which learners follow a fictional firm manager as he delegates tasks to his two reports and then manages the work. Learners determine what they would have done if they had been in his position.
Audience: Managers / Sr. Managers who oversee at least one report

The Details
Learners are immersed in a scenario where they observe a fictional firm manager delegate work to his two reports based on their skills, abilities and interest in the tasks.
As the story unfolds and the reports work on their tasks, learners are asked what they would have done if they were the manager or if they agree with what the fictional manager did. After each answer, learners get feedback on their answer from the Course Guide - a delegation expert - who also shares what she would have done in the situation, and why.
Learners have access to a robust library of resources and performance support to help them with each activity and on the job.
