The Client Need

"We knew what our new employees were looking for in their first 30 days, but not beyond. To build a sound, 12-month, learning-driven experience, we needed to understand their journey that first year—identifying relevant skills or experiences and the best timing for exposure. We also needed to understand and empower their managers with resources and experiences to support their growth and connections. Without this research, we risked building a learning experience that lacked relevance and impact."
