The Design
A 7.5-hour virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) program where a team of facilitators guide learners through an entire operational risk assessment for a fictional client, using a series of hands-on tasks.

The Details
Learners are immersed in a scenario that begins with an audio message in which a fictional lead introduces them to an engagement.
Learners conduct a full operational risk assessment for the client by executing a series of activities, beginning with planning and scoping, and progressing through to reporting their findings. After each activity, learners receive expert feedback and insights.
Key learning (polling) questions are integrated throughout to encourage engagement, check understanding, and ensure CPE credit.
