The Design

An eLearning series where associates are immersed in a realistic, learn-by-doing experience where they must make negotiation decisions and watch consequences play out as they move through four simulated conversations. Socratic Arts also advised on strategy, flow, scripts, and just-in-time performance support.

The Details

Custom interactions closely resemble actual negotiation issues a learner might encounter.

Video branching conversations create an authentic experience where learners apply real negotiation tactics with fictional counterparts.

Participants first observe and then advise a fictional direct report on how to improve their negotiation tactics, leaving time-stamped "red flags" and comments that are then compared to an expert’s recommendations.

Multi-select, multiple choice questions with lengthy text feedback were built in an expandable feedback format to keep knowledge checks clean and digestible.
