The Service

Socratic Arts provided learning professionals to act as essential members of the Learning & Delivery team. As embedded staff augmentation, the Socratic Arts team worked seamlessly with the client L&D team to assess upskilling needs, curate existing content, create new support resources, and determine the design approach to best support the learning strategy.

The Details

Socratic Arts was initially engaged to guide the design strategy for a set of learning journeys, but quickly realized more was needed. Priorities weren't yet in place, so the Socratic Arts team worked to assess and validate upskilling needs with each of the organization's department learning leaders and create a report summarizing findings and recommendations. After socializing the report, the Socratic Arts team held strategy sessions with the client team to help devise a structure for the larger learning framework.

While the overall learning strategy was solidifying, the Socratic Arts team offered steady daily support to the client team. Services included providing intensive design support for SMRs developing courses; developing learning toolkits to offer as permanent resources; compiling cross-portfolio skill descriptions; and advising the client team on big ideas in Learning & Delivery.
