Ms. Crouch has designed, developed, and delivered digital and ILT training programs for Fortune 100 companies, numerous online undergraduate courses, and an online software systems master's degree program. Prior to joining Socratic Arts, Ms. Crouch worked as a senior writer and instructional designer for iCarnegie (a subsidiary of Carnegie Mellon University) where she created learn-by-doing courses for numerous international universities and businesses. She also designed and developed undergraduate and K-12 courses.

Before transitioning into learning and development, Ms. Crouch spent five years as the Publications Manager for Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar where she designed, wrote, and edited all internal and external campus communications, including a bilingual quarterly magazine, annual reports, news releases, informational brochures, admissions materials, marketing materials, advertisements, branded merchandise, and web content. Ms. Crouch is an award-winning journalist who spent four years as a writer and editor for a newspaper chain in Pittsburgh and has worked as a freelance writer for numerous local, national, and international print and online publications. She also does graphic design and donates her services to non-profits near to her heart. Ms. Crouch holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Duquesne University and an M.A. in Journalism/Mass Communication from Point Park University.
