Learning Design Director

Ms. Budge has more than a decade of experience creating learning solutions to solve important problems for corporate, government, and education clients. She believes learn-by-doing is the most effective way to capture hearts and minds, and deliver results. Ms. Budge has deep experience designing and developing custom training for Fortune 100 firms, as well as creating off-the-shelf leadership development training for global distribution. Custom projects include multi-day simulations and flexible, modular offerings ranging from technical software training to engineering and K12 offerings to audit, consulting, and tax training.

Ms. Budge holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Software Development, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. Prior to her work in training and education, she carried out basic research in biophysics at Los Alamos National Laboratory and at Brigham Young University.
