Wesley Hall Parker

Ms. Parker has more than 17 years of experience leading the design and development of educational programs and products. Since joining Socratic Arts in 2009, she has led the design and development of numerous Story-Centered Curriculum programs. She also has led needs analyses (including survey development, conducting interviews, data analysis and reporting) when programs have required a discovery process prior to embarking upon design.

Prior to joining Socratic Arts, Ms. Parker was a Senior Designer and Producer for LeapFrog, a leading developer of innovative, technology-based educational products. She spent seven years at LeapFrog designing and developing web-based educational content, video games, DVDs, and interactive toys and books for a global market. She has led teams of designers, artists, engineers, writers and composers, and collaborated with executives, subject matter experts, marketers and licensors. Her work has included both original content and licensed content developed for companies such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Dreamworks and Pixar. Ms. Parker holds an M.A. in Literature from Stanford University.
