A 30 to 60-minute digital, on-demand simulation where associates work on real tasks updating technical documents. Custom-trained AI assesses their written work and controls risk by providing expert-written feedback in real-time.

The Details
Learners edit a fictional contract. They can add, delete, and modify text just as they would in a real document on-the-job.
A customized AI algorithm in SocraticBUILD™ evaluates the learner’s work against a scoring rubric developed with subject matter experts and returns the appropriate expert-written feedback based on the learner’s performance.
AI-Powered feedback saves valuable senior manager time by replicating 1:1 mentorship on basic tasks. This learning approach is highly innovative and is a safe way to simulate the authentic flow of work.
