A live, 2.5-day milestone program for Senior Consultants that prioritized reflection, discussion, and planning for the future over immersive simulation. The primary goal for learners is to create a personalized plan for investment in their development, supported by core personal values.
Audience: New Senior Consultants (~6 months in-role)
Skills in Focus: Communication; leading teams; awareness (of personal values)
Features: Instructor-led training; real-world planning workshop; customizable experience
Prior to the program, learners meet virtually with a group of ~8 learners and a coach who will be their core discussion and reflection partners.
Learners participate in workshops where they practice communicating with empathy and discuss common leadership challenges to help them make mindset shifts required of team leaders.
Learners opt into 3 (out of 9) tactical elective sessions on skills that are most critical for them, as well as guided reflection activities to reinforce mindfulness and well-being.
