The Design
A four-day, live, computer-hybrid simulation using the Socratic Arts award-winning Dynamic Scene Adapter™ (DSA) to provide a customized and engaging experience for learners and coaches.
Audience: New Technology Senior Consultants (~6 months in-role)
Skills in Focus: Managing work streams; coaching others; managing up; managing client expectations

The Details
Learners work in small teams in the role of a Senior Consultant on a fictional project, completing tasks and practicing skills expected in this role.
Teams submit deliverables and coaches complete evaluations in the DSA, making simulation logistics simple.
Just like in real life, decisions and actions impact more than just one deliverable or meeting. Metrics in the DSA provide visual insight on key impact areas (e.g., productivity, quality, client satisfaction).
Learner decisions and actions impact what comes next in the storyline. Different outcomes in a client meeting, for example, could send different teams into different scenes in the DSA.
