A live, 3-day program in which GMs address their current challenges; anticipate future growth challenges; reflect on their own operating model; develop and pressure-test a 180-day action plan; and network with peers.
Audience: General Managers – heads of business units in early growth

Learners complete a solution and leadership style self-assessment as pre-work in preparation for developing a personal operating model and a 180-day action plan.
Learners personalize their journey by choosing from 3 Challenges of Today workshops on day 1 and 3 Preparing for Growth workshops on day 2.
On day 3, learners assess their own priorities, energizers, strengths, and aspirations, then reorganize and plan how to protect their time to be more present and efficient in the priorities identified.
Learners complete a 180-day plan and present it to teammates who provide feedback and strategize on plan implementation.
